HISTORIC FARMHOUSE LAKE IDA CUSTOM
Our client’s contemporary farmhouse renovation is complete. We started with the original 1928 home, gutted it to the studs and rebuilt it with the clear direction to maintain the exterior character and interior charm.
A project of this nature is a massive undertaking and successfully completed through teamwork. Borrero Architecture’s detailed drawings and our client’s vision combined to create a spectacularly finished home. The majority of the home was carefully taken apart, a new master wing was added and the electric, plumbing, HVAC, roof, windows and doors were replaced.
We are proud of the end result and ecstatic that we achieved our client’s vision for their new home.
