HISTORIC HOME RENOVATION
It was a first for us to relocate and rehabilitate this beautiful historic, 1926 mission style home located in the heart of Delray Beach’s historic district. The project saw the home relocated by 15 feet, the structure was renovated and a new portion added to connect the main house to the guesthouse. Our goal was to retain all of the homes’ historic elements while adding todays modern day conveniences.
